For Valentines Day, my boyfriend is purchasing me a 1 year membership to Gold's Gym. How fucking sweet is that? I will finally be able to reach my fitness goals, without being so worried about eating a cheeseburger or drinking a beer every once in a while. I am so frickin excited. I will have a personal trainer and everything. The gym is about 4 blocks from my work and maybe a mile from my apartment. CONVENIENT!!!!!
So, I need the low down on coffee. How fattening is it?
Plain old black coffee?
Cappichino out of the gas station machine?
Black flavored coffee i.e. irish cream?
And my last question, what is a good sugar/cream substitute, because I hate plain black coffee?
Any thoughts would be greatly appreciated!!!
