So, I started this diet when I decided to become and aspiring cook. Fancy that?!? These are not low fat really at all. So, I just had a few bites and a salad. My boyfriend is not picky at all and he said that they were not very good. They were really good to me, only because my lunch came out of a box! So, other than 1 wine cooler, the only think I drank was water!!!!!! I am very proud of myself for that! Exercise: 20 minute winsor pilates, 120 sit ups, and some other little exercises I made up!! I felt the burn, and I am no longer sore from tennis! Still 170................................................ |

I love your posts! Great recipes. I made the chicken for my husband yesterday and he liked it a lot. Can you get some vegetarian ones on there? Just kidding. |

i get all of these recipes from www.kraftfoods.com, and you can request veggie recipes, they have some good ones!!!!! best recipe site i have found!!
