1/4 cup KRAFT 100% Grated Parmesan Cheese
2 tsp. chili powder
6 small boneless skinless chicken breast halves ( 1-1/2 lbs.)

MIX cheese and chili powder in pie plate. Add chicken; turn to evenly coat all sides.
PLACE chicken in a shallow baking dish.
BAKE at 400°F for 20 to 25 minutes or until chicken is cooked through.

The nutrition content must only be for the chicken b/c I know from being on the atkins for awhile, mashed potatoes definately has more than 1 gm of carbs

YEAH, THAT WAS JUST FOR THE CHICKEN...I DIDNT EAT THE TATERS...JUST FIXED THEM FOR THE BOYFRIEND, I JUST ATE THE CHICKEN AND VEGGIES.
