SO, MY BOYFRIEND IS TAKING ME OUT TO PANERA BREAD TO CELEBRATE SUCH A GOOD WEEK. (OF COURSE THEY HAVE A LOW FAT MENU!)

We have a Panera Bread right across the street from Atlanta Bread. I don't know who's winning the 'Bread War' over there, but I like Panera better. |

i think it is kinda funny b/c bread is supposed to be one of the most fattening things...and i am going there to celebrate my losing weight. so, any suggestions what to get that wont ruin my diet? |

South Beach is a good balanced healthy diet. Focusing on not cutting out all the carbs/fat, just the bad ones. |

just because i was lazy...stop at the gas station for breakfast and thats what you get.....now i take the time to prepare my lunch/and breakfast on sundays for the whole week! |
