A FRESH START

MY NEW YEARS RESOLUTION WAS TO LOOK LIKE HOW I DO IN THAT PICTURE ONCE AGAIN. I AM GOING TO BLOG EACH DAY WHAT I CONSUME, AND HOW MUCH I EXERCISE.

TUESDAY 1-3-05

BREAKFAST: HALF OF A WHOLE WHEAT BAGEL, WITH FAT FREE CREAM CHEESE
LUNCH: HEALTHY CHOICE MEAL WITH A DIET COKE ( BEFORE 1-1-05, I DRANK ABOUT 3-5 CANS OF MT. DEW A DAY!!!)
DINNER: 1 TACO, 1 BURRITO
2 BUSH LIGHTS
EXERCISE: 30 SIT UPS, 10 PUSH UPS, 20 LEG LIFTS

WEIGHT: 173

WEDNESDAY 1-4-05

BREAKFAST: HALF WHOLE WHEAT BAGEL WITH FAT FREE CREAM CHEESE, HANDFUL OF GRAPES, 3 APPLE SLICES
LUNCH: 1 HEALTHY CHOICE MEAL WITH 1 DIET COKE
SNACK: BEEF JERKEY (FOLLOWED WITH LOTS OF WATER B/C OF THE SODIUM.)
DINNER: 6 INCH TURKEY ON WHITE FROM SUBWAY, 1/2 CUP CHIPS, HALF CAN DIET COKE
2 BUSH LIGHTS

WEIGHT: 170
EXERCISE: I WENT OVER TO MY MOMS TO VISIT MY LITTLE BRO AND SIS-THEY ARE TWINS AND THEY ARE 10 YEARS OLD, ANYWAY, I RAN AROUND THE BLOCK 3 TIMES WITH THEM. ISNT THAT A MILE?

That's a good idea. I find that marking down what I eat really keeps me accountable.

yeah, it's kind of weird to be able and look back and said that every single thing that i consumed is on the list.

Good luck to you...I've tried it and I'm just not the dieting type..at all.  I love the foods that are bad for me most and I've tried, I've actually done pretty good at changing some.  I've just never been good at that sort of thing.  But hats off to you!
