BREAKFAST: HALF WHOLE WHEAT BAGEL WITH FAT FREE CREAM CHEESE, HANDFUL OF GRAPES, 3 APPLE SLICES LUNCH: 1 HEALTHY CHOICE MEAL WITH 1 DIET COKE SNACK: BEEF JERKEY (FOLLOWED WITH LOTS OF WATER B/C OF THE SODIUM.) DINNER: 6 INCH TURKEY ON WHITE FROM SUBWAY, 1/2 CUP CHIPS, HALF CAN DIET COKE 2 BUSH LIGHTS
WEIGHT: 170 EXERCISE: I WENT OVER TO MY MOMS TO VISIT MY LITTLE BRO AND SIS-THEY ARE TWINS AND THEY ARE 10 YEARS OLD, ANYWAY, I RAN AROUND THE BLOCK 3 TIMES WITH THEM. ISNT THAT A MILE?
